At The Upper Paw, we strive to deliver your pet accessories quickly, safely, and with complete transparency. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures in accordance with U.S. eCommerce best practices and Google Merchant Center requirements.


1. Shipping Coverage & Rates

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $75.00
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.99 applies to orders under $75.00
  • No Hidden Charges: We do not apply additional handling fees. Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

We process orders Monday through Friday to ensure timely dispatch.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Central Time – CT)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days

Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically processed within the same or next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.


3. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Transit Time: 3–5 Business Days
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 Business Days (including processing time)

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or high-demand periods.


4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to monitor your shipment status

Tracking details usually become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.


5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment
  • We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows no movement or delivery issues, contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter with the carrier
  • Delays: While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances
